3/8" (10mm) meat grinder plate. Hubless and made of High Carbon Steel. Good for coarse grind or pregrind. Used for making Chile meat and Chorizo sausage. The holes in this particular plate can be round or triangular as shown in the picture but either way they produce the same finished grind. You must select your grinders size from the drop-down menu below.
