Collagen sausage casings are an edible sausage casing made from natural skin fibers and are uniform in size. Used for fresh sausages such as Frankfurters, Wieners, Italian sausage, Kielbasa and Bratwurst. Can be grilled or cooked. 1 piece for approximately 16 lbs meat. 35 ft long when stretched out.
Usage: No need to rinse, use as is.
