The AmeriQue gives you more control over your barbecue than ever before. Using the IQ digital controller and meat probe, the AmeriQue smoker cooks just the way you tell it to. Whether you are cooking brisket or pork butt, all you have to do is probe the meat, set the cooking temperature or desired internal meat temperature (if using the probe), and walk away. It turns out great, every time.

The AmeriQue is solidly built in the USA and made of all stainless steel. With its big 50 lbs. capacity you can smoke plenty of barbecue, fish, or game. The 850 degrees F insulation surrounding the sides and top keeps the AmeriQue safe and cool on the outside. Clean up is a snap. Grills and racks go straight into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker at the bottom into a self-contained stainless steel drip pan. (See specifications and capacity.) With its four - 3” sturdy, locking casters the AmerQue is easy to move and position.

Easy to Smoke
Place a small amount of wood in the AmeriQue's wood box (2-3 oz. per load) and load the product. Probe the meat, close the smoker's door, set the temperature with the digital controller, and leave it alone until you are ready to eat. When the probe senses that the meat has reached the temperature that you set, it sends the smoker into the holding cycle. And don't worry about how much wood to use or how long to smoke the food. The AmeriQue comes with an operator's manual and a cookbook that will guide you.
