The Cookshack Model 50 is the workhorse of our lineup of home meat smokers. With its big 35 lbs. capacity you can smoke plenty of barbecue, fish, or game. Sturdy construction will give you years of use and with its back handle and two 3” hard plastic casters this model is easy to move. Model 50 smokers are compact, easy to use, and turn out consistently delicious ribs, brisket, pork, poultry, vegetables, and more. Put a brisket in before you leave for work. Come home to smoky, tender, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth brisket for dinner. Smoke ribs that will have your friends and family coming back for more. Don’t stop with traditional barbecue and smoked foods; elegant dishes with subtle smoke flavor are at your fingertips. You will love the food from your Cookshack Model 50 meat smoker!

This smoker is solidly built in the USA of 16 and 18-gauge carbon steel and stainless steel. Model SM050 has black powder-coated sides with a stainless steel top and interior. Model SM055 is all stainless steel.The 1000 degrees F insulation surrounding the sides and top keeps it safe and cool on the outside. Clean up is a snap. Grills and racks go straight into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker at the bottom into a stainless steel pan.

Easy to Smoke-Cook with Cookshack
Place a small amount of wood in the smoker’s wood box (2-3 oz. per load) and load the product. Shut the door, set the temperature, and leave it alone until it is time to come out. And don't worry about how much wood to use or how long to smoke the food. Each Model 50 smoker comes with an operator's manual and a Smoking at Home cookbook that will guide you.
