ParaFlexx sheets are non-stick solid sheets, which are recommended for use with liquids and finer produce. They are washable and re-useable, as well as being microporous which allows drying from the top as well as the bottom. ParaFlexx sheets are used for dehydrating liquids such as blended fruits to make fruit roll-ups, yogurt, leathers or items that may normally drip through the tray while dehydrating.
