  • Where are you located and do you have a physical store?
    One STOP Jerky Shop is located in the USA at the address shown below. We do not have a physical store.

  • Can I place my order by Fax or Mail?
    You certainly can! If you choose not to submit billing information online you may send a check, money order or your credit card information using our Order Form or you can simply shop like normal through the website and on the payment page select Check/Money Order. This will supply you with a receipt and a total amount along with where to send your payment, plus you can track your order status as we process it. Please remember that sending payment by check will take longer for you to receive your product(s) since we will have to wait for your payment to clear. Print and fill out the above mentioned form to Fax your order to us. As always your billing information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your request.

  • What are my payment options?
    You will have several choices to choose from including payment by Credit Card, PayPal or you may send us a Check / Money Order.

    All credit card and PayPal payments are processed when your order is placed not when the order is shipped. Back-orders may show up on your bank statement prior to you receiving your order.

  • Do you have a catalog?
    Yes, we now have a Downloadable catalog that you can download and print from our website which displays our current products along with the descriptions and prices. Click the link provided or you can find a link in the lower left hand corner of our website. You can also print just the catagories you are interested in without having to print the whole catalog.

  • Why are my items backordered?
    Most products are usually in-stock. Occasionally, fast selling items may be out-of-stock before the online store can be updated. You will be notified of any out-of-stock item as soon as possible. We will also request that you let us know whether to ship the in-stock items on a multi-item order immediately (additional shipping fees may apply) or wait and ship your order complete.

  • How long does it take for you to ship an order?
    Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days but at times can be longer, especially during peak fall hunting and holiday seasons. In the rare occasions that your order may take longer then 3 days to ship, please be patient and feel secure that we are working diligently to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Is my personal information safe and secure?
    We do not disclose or sell buyer's information to any third parties. Your information is used solely for the use of processing your order or to contact you should the need arise.

    We use 128-bit encryption technology and Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) in all areas where your personal and account information is required. Our Web site is certified by Comodo, which verifies that our Web site is authentic and that we use SSL security. To view our Comodo certificate, click on the image of the closed lock or the solid key at the bottom of your browser window. Our Web site security information will appear.

  • Order by phone?
    If you choose to order by phone you may email us at info@onestopjerkyshop.com and let us know the best time to call along with your phone number. Have your item details along with your credit card information readily available. Your billing information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your request.

  • How can I contact you directly?
    Sorry, but we do not have direct phone access available at this time but you can email us at info@onestopjerkyshop.com to send us your ideas or questions. This allows us to provide you with the lowest possible pricing around on your favorite beef jerky and sausage making products. We respond to emails usually within hours or worst case the following day. If you must talk to us on the phone just email us your daytime number and we will call you back.

  • Can I order in larger quantities?
    Yes, you can order in case or bulk quantities on all our products. Please email us at info@onestopjerkyshop.com for prices and availablity.

  • How will you ship my package?
    We currently use FedEx as our package carrier. Orders that are $100 or higher in value are automatically insured.

  • Do you offer free samples?
    Sorry but due to the hundreds of requests for the free ones, we had to discontinue them.

  • How do you handle warranty issues?
    Please see our Shipping and Returns section for more information.

  • Can I return my items?
    Please see our Shipping and Returns section for more information.

  • Do you ship International?
    If you would like to place an order from outside the USA, please contact us via email and we will send you a price quote. International customers are responsible for any and all duties or taxes on deliveries outside the USA and any additional shipping charges that may apply.

  • What about Alaska and Hawaii?
    We will glady ship to you in either place but we will need to send you a price quote with the proper shipping rates.

  • Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
    We will glady ship to you at these addresses but we will need to send you a price quote with the proper shipping rates.

  • Do you carry parts?
    We carry replacement and in some cases repair parts for our products (example: gears for meat grinders are available). Please email at info@onestopjerkyshop.com to inquire about the parts you may need.
