These DeWied hog casings are natural and packed in salt water. Perfect for Pork Sausage, Italian Sausage, Bratwurst, or German Sausage. Flush the casing in warm water (110 F) to remove salt before stuffing with meat. Bag contains 1 hank and will pack approximately 100 lbs of meat.
