These DeWied hog casings are natural and packed in salt water. Perfect for Polish Sausage, Kielbasa, Smoked Sausage, Boudin, or Italian Sausage. Flush the casings in warm water (110 F) to remove salt before stuffing with meat. Bag contains 1 hank and will pack approximately 100 lbs of meat. Storage: Keep refrigerated.
