This 8 quart cast iron sausage stuffer is made by one of the oldest names in the industry, Enterprise Manufacturing now known as Chop-Rite Two. This manual stuffer holds approximately 16 lbs. of meat and quickly disassembles for easy cleaning. Makes sausage stuffing a breeze. Comes with a 3/4" spout and can be ordered in two configurations. Replacement parts available upon request. Shipping weight is 65 lbs for standard and 70 lbs for Deluxe. - Standard - Primarily for Sausage Stuffing
