This LEM brand sausage stuffer has a stainless steel base and cylinder. The cylinder is easily removed for filling and cleaning. All metal gears for durability. The plastic piston has an air relief valve to allow air to escape while filling the casing. Comes with three tubes 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Includes 2 clamps to hold the unit down. Holds roughly 5 lbs. of meat. Now available is a 3/8" Stainless Steel Stuffing Tube for this stuffer for filling small diameter casings such as our 18mm collagen casings which work great for snack sticks. Don't forget to add Surface Sanitizer, Brush Cleaning Kit and Food Grade Silicone Spray to keep your Sausage Stuffer clean and running smooth.
