This is one of our most popular beef jerky seasonings. Beef jerky is a great snack for camping, hunting or just when you want a nutritious treat. Made from spices, herbs, and flavors. Cure is included if you will be smoking the jerky or drying at low temperatures, Not required for dehydrator use. Makes 6 lbs of whole muscle beef jerky. For ground jerky use 3 teaspoons or 1/2 oz for 1 lbs of meat.
