Meat Mat™ is a food safe non-stick mat that prevents food from falling through the cracks and is safe for indirect cooking to temperatures up 550° F. (Do not use over open flames).
Perfect for smoking shrimp, fish, veggies or your favorite meats where indirect heat is used. The Meat Mat™ won't absorb odors and can easily be rinsed off for fast easy clean up.
We have all experienced the frustration of drying, smoking or grilling delicate foods, the food sticks to the grate or simply falls through never to be seen again. The Meat Mat™ solves this issue, food won't stick to the Meat Mat™ which makes for easy flipping or turning. You can even wrap whatever your cooking in the Meat Mat™, perfect when making a bacon wrapped pork bomb in the smoker. Easily slide your food in and out of the dehydrator, smoker, oven or off the grill while on the mats.
Great for use in dehydrators when drying beef jerky, snack sticks, fruits, vegetables or anything small that might fall through the grates.
Meat Mat™ works great in the oven for pizza and cookie making, with the open mesh design you get even baking across the whole sheet.
Meat Mat™ can easily be cut with scissors or a utility knife to fit any dehydrator, smoker, oven or grill. Simply order the size closest to your rack size and trim as needed. You could also use multiple smaller Meat Mats so you can pull foods off at different intervals.

How to use:
Smoker - Keep mats away from electric heat elements or smoke boxes, direct contact with these can burn the mat. Smoke will discolor the mats which can not be washed off, the Meat Mat™ will still continue to function fine. Burnt mats should be replaced.
Oven - Safe to use on the oven racks for drying and baking, do not use on the floor of the oven since temperatures here can exceed 550° F. Some discoloring or staining may occur. ALWAYS remove Meat Mat™ before running oven self cleaning mode.
Dehydrator - Safe to use on all racks but as always do not allow direct contact of heating elements.
Grill - ALWAYS line the underside of your grill grate with tin foil where the mat will be used to prevent direct flames from reaching the Meat Mat™ or lay the foil on your flame guards to prevent flare ups. Temps over 550° F or direct flames will damage your mats. Smoke will discolor the mats which can not be washed off, the Meat Mat™ will still continue to function fine. Burnt mats should be replaced or damaged area cut away.
Warm soapy water and rinsing is generally all that is needed. Product is top shelf dishwasher safe but may shorten the life of the product due to the strong detergents used in dishwashers.
