Shipping and Returns Shipping & Returns

Processing of orders:
All orders are processed within 1-3 days after the order is placed but delays can occur especially during peak fall hunting and holiday seasons. You should receive your shipment within 1-4 business days after we ship your order out. Once your products have been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number providing that we have your correct email address. Be sure to check your junk email folder. You can also log into your account to find your tracking information once the order has shipped. Please notify us of any lost packages as quickly as possible so that a trace can be started as soon as possible.

Shipping of orders:
One Stop Jerky Shop uses FedEx servers to rate packages and estimate delivery times for orders. The estimated delivery times shown are an approximation and One Stop Jerky Shop does not guarantee transit days displayed as deliveries may be delayed due to weather, accident or other unforeseen factors. Ground shipments going to a residents may be delivered without a signature unless "Signature Service" is requested on the checkout page in our "Add Comments About Your Order" field. If you do not request "Signature Service", then you are giving the courier permission to drop the package off at their discretion at the recipient's address without a signature. As soon as One Stop Jerky Shop hands the package over to the courier the liability of the package goes to the courier. One Stop Jerky Shop will assist you and work with the courier to help find or file a claim for lost or damaged packages.

Product availability and Back-orders:
One Stop Jerky Shop stocks a majority of its products, only a few select large items such as smokers are shipped direct from the manufacturer. So if you don't see the item displayed as out-of-Stock in the item description or in your shopping cart then chances are we have the item on hand. Occasionally, fast selling items may be out-of-stock before the online store can be updated. You will be notified of any out-of-stock item as soon as possible. We will also request that you let us know whether to wait and ship the order complete or to ship the in-stock items on a multi-item order immediately and ship the back-ordered items later once available (additional shipping fees may apply if not shipped complete).

Returns:
All Sales are Final after 10 business days unless there is probable cause which deems necessary to return an item for one of the reasons listed below.

  • Wrong item or Quantity shipped
  • Damaged in shipping
  • Not satisfied with product - Fees apply
  • Shipping refusal - Fees apply
  • Warranty

Wrong item or Quantity shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 10 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. Item must be returned in the original unopened packaging.

Damaged in Shipping
We will first assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company should this be the proper form of action. Please be aware this will take some time to be handled correctly. We will then gladly send you a replacement item of the same or like item once the claim is settled.

Not satisfied with product
Used or open items are not returnable. Non-perishable items may be returned for credit within 10 business days of receiving your order only in the original unopened product packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee for authorized returnable items. We do not refund shipping cost or return shipping charges. Any Store Credits or Coupons used on your order will be subtracted from the refund total. We will also remove the 2% store credit you earned for your purchase from your store credit account on any returned items. Items we ship for free will have the amount we paid for shipping subtracted from the refund amount. E-mail us at info@onestopjerkyshop.com for a return authorization number; Include your customer name, order number, item name and date of the transaction along with the nature of the problem. Shipping charges for returned products to One Stop Jerky Shop are the responsibility of the customer. All other merchandise defects will be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and stipulations contained within the manufacturer's warranty will apply (see your Manufacturer's Warranty for contact information). Note: After 10 business days all Sales are Final. Exceptions are made for the 10 day return policy during the Holiday shopping season but used or open items are still not returnable.

**All perishable items are not returnable. This includes all jerky and sausage making seasonings along with cures, casings and additives. 

Shipping Refusal:
If your shipment arrives at the ship to destination and is refused, we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery attempt will be made. If we cannot reach you within one week, your order will be cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be invoiced or charge to you.

Warranty:
All of our products are covered by the manufactures we represent and any warranty issues would be handled by them per their warranty terms. We will be glad to assist you if you have any warranty issues should they occur. Select models of electric meat grinders are covered solely by us for a period of 1 year - simply contact us should you have a problem. Note: Please keep all original packaging should your item require repair or replacement within the warranty period for your particular product. We reserve the right to repair or replace your item with the same or like item upon our discretion. Shipping charges for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer.
