Processing of orders:
All orders are processed within 1-3 days after the order is placed but delays can occur especially during peak fall hunting and holiday seasons. You should receive your shipment within 1-4 business days after we ship your order out. Once your products have been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number providing that we have your correct email address. Be sure to check your junk email folder. You can also log into your account to find your tracking information once the order has shipped. Please notify us of any lost packages as quickly as possible so that a trace can be started as soon as possible.
Back-orders:
Most products are usually in-stock. Occasionally, fast selling items may be out-of-stock before the online store can be updated. You will be notified of any out-of-stock item as soon as possible. We will also request that you let us know whether to ship the in-stock items on a multi-item order immediately or wait and ship your order complete (additional shipping fees may apply).
Returns:
All Sales are Final, unless there is probable cause which deems necessary to return an item for one of the reasons listed below.
- Wrong item or Quantity shipped
- Damaged in shipping
- Not satisfied with product - Fees apply
- Shipping refusal - Fees apply
- Warranty
Wrong item or Quantity shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 5 days
of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct
product. Item must be returned in the original packaging.
Damaged in Shipping
We will first assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company should this
be the proper form of action. Please be aware this will take some time to be
handled correctly. We will then gladly send you a replacement item of the same
or like item once the claim is settled.
Not satisfied with product
Unused non-perishable items may be returned for credit within 5 days of
receiving your order only in the original undamaged product packaging. We charge
a 15% fee for items returned for credit. We do not refund shipping cost or
return shipping charges. Items we ship for free will have the amount we paid for shipping subtracted from the refund amount. Please email us at info@onestopjerkyshop.com for a
return authorization number. Include your customer name, order number, item name
and date of the transaction along with the nature of the problem. Shipping
charges for returned products to One STOP Jerky Shop are the responsibility of
the customer. All other merchandise defects will be the sole responsibility of
the manufacturer and stipulations contained within the manufacturer's warranty
will apply (see your Manufacturer's Warranty for contact information). Note:
After 5 days all Sales are Final.
**All perishable items are not returnable. This includes all jerky and
sausage making seasonings along with cures, casings and additives.
Shipping Refusal:
If your shipment arrives at the “ship to” destination and is refused, we will
contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery
attempt will be made. If we cannot reach you within one week, your order will be
cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be invoiced or charge to you.
Warranty:
All of our products are covered by the manufactures we represent and any
warranty issues would be handled by them. We will be glad to assist you if you
have any warranty issues should they occur.
Select models of electric meat grinders are covered solely by us for a period of 1 year - simply contact us should you have a problem. Note: Please keep all original packaging
should your item require repair or replacement within the warranty period for
your particular product. We reserve the right to repair or replace your item
with the same or like item upon our discretion. Email us at info@onestopjerkyshop.com should you
