Signature Service Terms

If you do not request "Signature Service", then you are giving the courier permission to drop the package off at their discretion at the delivery address without a signature.

When you do request a signature service at One Stop Jerky Shop we will apply "Signature Required" and  the "Direct Delivery"option if available depending on the shipping service you select.

What is Signature Required: Carrier (UPS, FedEx & USPS) may obtain, at its discretion, a signature or other electronic acknowledgment of receipt from the recipient when this option is selected.

What is Direct Delivery: Direct Delivery Only ensures a package is delivered to the residential or commercial address you provide. This service stops recipients from redirecting packages and prevents drivers from rerouting deliveries when recipients are not at home. This option may not be available with all carriers (UPS, FedEx & USPS).

You can authorize UPS to leave packages without signing by enrolling in UPS My Choice®.  After you sign up for UPS MY Choice®, your notification preferences will only apply to future shipments. It can take up to five minutes before you can begin using UPS My Choice. If your packages require a signature, you must authorize each package individually by tracking it and selecting Provide Delivery Instructions. Please note that the Authorize Shipment Release feature may not be available if UPS delivers to an area that requires a signature for every package delivered, or a Delivery Confirmation Signature Required is requested by the sender One Stop Jerky Shop.

In some instances the carrier (UPS, FedEx & USPS) or their drivers at their discretion may require a signature for deliveries on their route.

One Stop Jerky Shop may also determine whether a signature is required for packages that are high in value, large in size or the contents are easily visible from the outside of the shipping box.
