To cure meats, Pink Curing Salt (Prague Powder #1) inhibits the growth of bacteria and maintains the flavor and appearance of meat. Failure to follow proper instructions could affect health, taste and quality of food.

Usage: Use 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon per pound of meat.
