I have reviewed the products details, attributes and descriptions and accept this order with full acknowledgment as stated on One Stop Jerky Shop's site. I agree to complete this transaction and to allow One Stop Jerky Shop to charge my selected payment option the full amount of the order as soon as I place the order. One Stop Jerky Shop uses the major carriers servers (UPS or FedEx) to rate packages and estimate delivery times. The estimated delivery times shown are an approximation and One Stop Jerky Shop doesn't guarantee transit days displayed as deliveries may be delayed due to weather, accident or other unforeseen factors. Ground shipments going to a residence may be delivered without a signature unless "Signature Service" is requested on the checkout page in our "Add Comments About Your Order" field. If you don't request "Signature Service", then you are giving the courier permission to drop the package off at their discretion at the recipient's address without a signature. As soon as One Stop Jerky Shop hands the package over to the courier the liability of the package goes to the courier. I assume the costs of all shipping to and from the seller per the Shipping and Returns policy without exceptions. I agree that One Stop Jerky Shop WILL NOT ACCEPT returns for items that are perishable, opened or used in any way. I understand that if my order has a back-order item(s) that my order will be held and shipped complete once all products are available. I understand that if I want a partial order shipped, that additional shipping fees may apply. In the event of a charge back or dispute on any order, I fully agree to be responsible for all return shipping fees and a 15% restock fee for any canceled or refused order. All items suspected of damaged in shipping must be held for carrier inspection. I agree that return shipments without One Stop Jerky Shop's authorization and a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) will not be accepted and the return package may be refused by One Stop Jerky Shop. I agree that all RMA claims must be received by One Stop Jerky Shop within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise and they may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. I agree that should a dispute arise, One Stop Jerky Shop will be entitled to attorney, court, and filing costs from the buyer that are incurred throughout the process including interest should any litigation arise out of a dispute with the venue and jurisdiction being in Columbia County, WI. I irrevocably accept all terms as stated in One Stop Jerky Shop's Shipping and Returns Policy and Conditions of Use.
