Making snack sticks will be a breeze with the addition of the "Cyclone" high speed auger. Simply use it with the snack stick tube and you will no longer have to fight to get the meat to flow through the tube and into the casing. The long heavy-duty stuffing tube kit makes stuffing sausage casings easy. The included stuffing star keeps you from re-grinding the meat as you stuff casings or bags. NEW tray and grinder head design of the Weston meat grinders actually allows for faster processing speeds (2 - 3 pounds faster per minute) since there is no longer a safety guard on the tray to be in the way.  The feed tray is an amazing 3.4" which is then stepped down to 2" in the 8" throat of the grinder head allowing for unobstructed feeding of meat with no guard to be in the way. The funnel shaped throat allows for large, long chunks of meat to be continually dropped down the throat of the meat grinder.
