This Stainless Steel Sausage Stuffer Tube is 1 9/16" at the base where it connects to the sausage stuffer and is tapered for easy filling of small diameter sausage casings. The total shaft length is 7 1/2" long with 5 3/4" of it being 3/8" inside diameter (1/2" or 12mm O.D.) which gives you plenty of room for sausage casings on the shaft. Our 18mm collagen casings work great with this tube for making snack sticks. For use with the LEM brand 5 lbs Vertical Sausage Stuffer and the Chop-Rite Brand as well.
