Processing of orders:

Orders are processed within 1-2 days after the order is placed but delays can occur especially during peak fall hunting and holiday seasons. You should receive your shipment within 1-4 business days after we ship your order out depending on your location and the shipping service you selected . Once your products have been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number providing that we have your correct email address. Be sure to check your junk email folder. You can also log into your account to find your tracking information once the order has shipped. Please notify us of any lost packages as quickly as possible so that a trace can be started as soon as possible.

Product availability and Back-orders:

Occasionally, fast selling items may be out-of-stock before the online store can be updated but if an item you order is out-of-stock you will be notified as soon as possible. If an ETA (estimated time of arrive) date is already provided on the site for an out-of-stock item then this is when we expect the product to be available again in our warehouse.

One Stop Jerky Shop stocks a majority of its products, only a few select large items are shipped direct from the manufacturer. If you don't see the item displayed as out-of-Stock in the item description or in your shopping cart then chances are we have the item on hand.

We will also request that you let us know whether to wait and ship the order complete or to ship the in-stock items on a multi-item order immediately and ship the back-ordered items later once available (additional shipping fees may apply if not shipped complete).

Shipping of orders:

The estimated delivery times shown are an approximation and One Stop Jerky Shop does not guarantee transit days displayed as deliveries may be delayed due to weather, accident or other unforeseen factors. Ground shipments going to a residents may be delivered without a signature unless "Signature Service" is selected on the checkout page (fees apply). If you do not request "Signature Service", then you are giving the courier permission to drop the package off at their discretion at the recipient's address without a signature. As soon as One Stop Jerky Shop hands the package over to the courier the liability of the package goes to the courier. One Stop Jerky Shop will assist you and work with the courier to help find or file a claim for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping rates:

One Stop Jerky Shop uses the major carriers servers (UPS, FedEx and USPS) to rate packages and estimate delivery times, we are able to offer a discount off their current advertised list rates which is then automatically applied to your shipping rates. All orders over $99.00 are automatically insured for the total amount of the order. Some orders will require a signature for delivery and One Stop Jerky Shop reserves the right to include a signature on any package we deem necessary depending on delivery location or cost of the order. To get estimated shipping rates simply add items to your shopping cart then use the "Estimate Shipping" button to get rate for an order, no account setup required to do this.

Shipping methods:

Note: All packages are rated by weight and size using the providers rating services.

Priority Mail - Provided by US Postal Service and most packages arrive in 1-3 business days but these are not guaranteed times.

Priority Mail International - Provided by US Postal Service and most packages arrive in 6-10 business days but these are not guaranteed times due to customs.

UPS Ground to Next Day Air - Provided by UPS and most packages arrive in 1-4 business days depending on your selection. They do offer guaranteed delivery services.
