The Jerky Roller allows you to make the same thickness jerky each and every time. Not only is it great for making jerky but works great with anything that needs a consistent thickness such as cookies, hamburger patties, sausage patties & even pizza dough!
Usage: Simply use a meat grinder to grind the meat, season it with your favorite recipe and then roll it into a perfect 1/4" thickness. You can then leave it as one large form or cut it into strips. Drying can be done in the oven, smoker or dehydrator.
Don't forget to add Surface Sanitizer to keep the roller and counter bacteria free. Food Grade Silicone Spray to keep the meat from sticking to the roller to a minimum.
