This Stainless Steel Sausage Stuffer Tube is 1 9/16" at the base where it connects to the sausage stuffer and is tapered for easy filling of small diameter sausage casings. The total shaft length is 7 1/2" long with 5 3/4" of it being 3/8" inside diameter (1/2" or 12mm O.D.) which gives you plenty of room for sausage casings on the shaft.
Our 18mm Collagen Sausage Casing - Mahogany work great with this tube for making snack sticks.
